Description Overview

As Junior Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow partnerships with all customers in the e‑commerce channel (marketplaces and online pharmacies, except Farmaline and Newpharma). You will also oversee our digital commerce analytics platform and product media library, and support the Senior Key Account Managers e‑Commerce & Retail in preparing key customer interactions.

With your accounts, you will drive category growth in line with Perrigo’s strategy, identify business opportunities, and manage investments to ensure strong, sustainable collaboration. You will plan and execute sales activities, cultivate relationships, and manage the P&L to develop the portfolio according to the company’s strategic priorities.

Scope of the Role

  • You translate the commercial strategy, marketing plans, and channel strategy into concrete actions for marketplaces and online pharmacies, and ensure proper implementation and follow‑up.

  • You prepare annual negotiations and lead discussions with your customer portfolio.

  • You build long‑term client relationships and work with customers to identify growth opportunities, increase category performance, drive traffic, and unlock business potential.

  • You develop B2B marketing support, analyze activation plans and results, and share feedback internally and externally.

  • You analyze sales figures, traffic, browsing behavior, and conversion rates for both your own customers and those managed by the Senior KAMs, and support operational and analytical needs as well as the preparation of key customer meetings.

  • You stay up to date on market trends and competitive developments and quickly build strong market knowledge.

  • You collaborate with other Key Account Managers and Sales Management to develop national sales strategies and identify target accounts and opportunities aligned with the company’s overall strategy.

  • You are part of the Commercial department and report to the Channel Lead e‑Commerce & Food Retail.

Experience Required

  • You ideally hold a university degree.

  • You bring initial experience in e‑commerce, specifically with online pharmacies and/or marketplaces (must‑have).

  • First experience in sales roles within pharmaceutical or FMCG companies is an advantage.

  • You demonstrate a strong consumer- and customer‑oriented mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, problem‑solving attitude, and accountability.

  • You have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • You work independently while being a strong team player.

  • You are ideally fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

  • You have a hands‑on mentality, are determined to deliver against objectives, and are open‑minded and solution‑driven.

  • You possess excellent organizational, project management, and presentation skills.
