Description Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist. We offer a Hybrid working schedule, a mix of onsite and remote working each week. This position is a temporary contract.

Scope of the Role

  • Complaint handling: dispatch of complaints, closure of standard complaints and inquiries, follow‐up on reports of CMO’s
  • Log Change controls for all product types
  • Assist in setting up Quality agreements with the affiliates, contract manufacturers or other service provider
  • Assist in the trend analysis of Complaints
  • Assist in data analysis of QMS processes
  • Follow‐up on the certification status of contract manufacturing organizations and service providers
  • Follow‐up on Product Quality review documentation for medicinal products
  • The generation and the follow up of the QIR list and EMVO alerts
  • Create overview file for follow‐up on quality agreements, PQR’s, certification status, audit status of contract manufacturing organizations and manage overview
  • Manage shared mailboxes
  • Creation of purchase orders for the quality department
  • Maintain and management of access rights in Sharepoint, S‐drive, Trackwise
  • Document Control (archiving, publishing, documents) and recording of trainings (completing training matrix, competence matrix, tracking the level of training).
  • General administration work and ad hoc duties as they arise.

Experience Required

  • Master degree in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, biochemistry, chemistry or equivalent through experience
  • Demonstrate the highest levels of professional integrity; inter personal communication skills,commitment and attention to details
  • An excellent knowledge of popular software applications as Word, Excel, Power Point is essential
  • An ability to win the confidence of management and staff and to demonstrate at all times a level of discretion and professionalism
  • An ability to work with a varied workload across the full spectrum of administration
  • A high level of reliability, flexibility and enthusiasm is required and the ability to deliver results while working under tight deadlines and balancing a variety of priorities is particularly important
  • The ability to work within a team environment and also on your own are essential for the successful performance
  • The ability to co‐ordinate and positively influence in a way which enhances the overall levels of effectiveness and teamwork of those working in the Perrigo QA team
