Description Overview

As Sales Administration Assistant, you support the Sales Team across Food Retail, Drugstores, e‑commerce and Parapharmacy, ensuring smooth processes, accurate data management and efficient coordination with customers and internal teams.

 

Scope of the Role

  • Support the Sales Team across Food Retail, Drugstores, e‑commerce and Parapharmacy.

  • Manage new customer setup, maintain customer data and assortments, and handle article creation with customers and GS1.

  • Keep customer documents and price lists up to date and support communication of changes.

  • Complete promotional forms, run quarterly checks on prices, conditions and article data, and resolve issues related to invoices, penalties and complaints.

  • Provide reporting and ensure digital archiving of contracts.

  • Improve and streamline administrative processes.

  • Contribute to ad‑hoc projects, including organizing sales meetings and supporting internal events and business updates.

  • Collaborate closely with 5 Key Account Managers and report to the Market Lead Belux, while working frequently with Supply Chain and CS&I.

Experience Required

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.

  • You communicate clearly in Dutch and French; English is an advantage.

  • You set priorities well and remain calm under pressure.

  • You work in a structured way and have strong planning and organizational skills.

  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office and quickly learn new systems.

  • You are a team player who enjoys stepping in where needed.
