Scope of the Role


We are now looking for a Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our sales organization in Sweden. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our commercial success. With strong growth ambitions in the Swedish market, you’ll be part of an innovative and dynamic environment focused on building sustainable, profitable brand growth.

 

As a Senior KAM, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing strategic partnerships with some of Sweden’s largest pharmacy retailers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for several of Sweden’s largest pharmacy retailers.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate joint business plans that drive mutual growth and profitability.
  • Conduct category management and analyze sales data and trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Full P&L responsibility.
  • Strengthen, maintain, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to foster a unified sales culture.

Experience Required

 

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in a Key Account or Category Management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid financial understanding.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Business language is English however fluency in Swedish is a beneficial to succeed in the role.
