Description Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing specialist who will be supporting the Digital Marketing team through an array of projects around content, analytics, tagging, SEO, e-retailer, Website implementations across our multiple brands.
You must be results driven, creative, organised, love data and be passionate about improving insight and performance.
Scope of the Role
Digital Media
- Facilitate SEO strategy execution in support of brand strategies and objectives
- Responsible to report on SEO performance, KPIs and relevant metrics to showcase agency’s work and optimisations
- Be able to analyse our Digital media campaigns and recommend how to improve performance
- Become a key contact and facilitator for both our agency and internal stakeholders to drive and implement Digital marketing excellence across the board.
- Support the team with UTM tagging creation and implementation.
Digital Shelf Content
- Support and facilitate implementation of Digital Shelf content, working closely with the Content Senior Manager
- Be proactive on identifying content gaps and driving projects to rectify, implement and measure project success
Web & Analytics
- You will engage with a variety of data sources that you will need to understand to build actionable recommendations for the team (think GA4, Amazon Advertising, IRI, Shopper data, Profitero)
- Work closely and collaboratively with local and Global stakeholders to ensure our web assets are up to date.
- Analyse digital data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with team members to drive the collection, integration, and analysis of data from various sources, including web analytics, social media, email marketing, and advertising campaigns
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports that effectively share insights to stakeholders
- Conduct regular analysis of website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for optimisation
- Provide recommendations for improving owned assets user experience based on analytics
- Monitor and report on industry trends related to digital marketing, analytics, and consumer behaviour
Experience Required
- University Degree in relevant field and typically a minimum of 1 year work experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Project management skills and ability to deliver on time.
- Highly motivated, confident, resilient and positive attitude.
- Passion for digital and online media.
- Analytical mind to analyse data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.
