Value-Add Approach
- Lead projects aimed at improving the commercial P&L, reducing operational costs, and enhancing overall efficiency within the organisation.
- Develop and deliver training programmes to the commercial teams (finance for non-finance), ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling of value-add initiatives to support key business decisions.
- Own the Nordics numbers presented, ensuring a clear understanding of what has changed, why it has changed, and how key movements impact the commercial forecast and reporting outputs.

- Confident working across multiple financial and reporting systems, including SAP, Adaptive, Power BI, Power Query, and Visual Fabriq, with the ability to connect data sources and support accurate reporting outputs.
- Deomstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior and junior stakeholders across finance and non-finance teams, translating financial insight into practical business understanding.
- Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented, with a willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and contribute to continuous improvement across processes, reporting, and ways of working.
