Description Overview

We are hiring an experienced Global Senior Brand Manager to work on our Jungle Formula brand in one of our European Head Offices.
Scope of the Role
- Support in leading the total brand & category strategy.
- Coordinate and influence the cross-functional team (regulatory, innovation, quality, supply,…) and senior management stakeholders.
- Develop 5Y category strategy to define a clear growth roadmap with a consumer first approach (product innovation, go to market strategy, activation platform).
- Anticipate consumer trends, competition & new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy roadmap.
- Actively collaborate with our clusters and countries across the globe.
- Define and execute innovation pipeline (concept, research, development & master text).
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to lead the activation toolkits (TVC, digital, POS,…), with the right consumer insights and touchpoints in partnership with our clusters.
- Report, track, learn and suggest improvements by analysing the impact on sales of marketing actions.
- P&L ownership including A&P management and optimisation.
Experience Required
- Moderate travel: 20-30% of the time.
- Experience analysing market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, IRI,…) & financials (P&L ownership).
- To qualify for the role, we’d like an experienced marketer (6 years +) preferably in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG and someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.
