Description Overview

 

In this role you will be responsible for driving net revenue, gross margin, and trade investment outperformance through Revenue Growth Management by developing tools, processes and consistent reporting across the business.

 

Reporting to the Associate Director, RGM and UK Cluster, key priorities will be to analyse key financial metrics from Gross to Net in the P&L, providing insights on customer and trade spend efficiency, and making recommendations across our 5x Levers to drive profitable growth for the organisation moving forward.

 

Where appropriate, it will also include collaborating closely with key members of procurement to maximise opportunities with the value chain and proposition to maximise our COG improvement programme.

Scope of the Role

 

  • Support the commercial strategy and account teams to recommend pricing actions based on financials, elasticites/ insights, as well as modifying promotion plans to improve return on investment.

 

  • Analyse market trends and competition: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis within the consumer selfcare industry to identify emerging trends, market shifts, and opportunities for revenue growth.

 

  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs): Monitor and evaluate revenue performance metrics, such as revenue growth, market share, customer acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value, to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures for Perrigo's OTC consumer products.

 

  • Develop and support pack pricing architecture for our portfolio.

 

  • Working closely with our procurement and manufacturing sites to optimise COG base.

Experience Required

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, commercial strategy, marketing, or a related field. 

 

  • Be entrepreneurial and naturally uncomfortable with the status quo. At Perrigo, we love and value people who think against the grain and challenge every day on how we can be different and think differently to the competition. 

 

  • Proven work experience as a Revenue Growth Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the OTC, CPG or FMCG sector.

 

  • Have an understanding of revenue growth management concepts, pricing strategies, and sales processes within the OTC, CPG or FMCG sector.

 

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights within the context of consumer selfcare products.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful RGM strategies within the consumer industry.

 

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals aligned with Revenue Growth plans.

 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

 

  • The results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets within the consumer industry.
