Scope of the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing programs targeted to pharmacies, wholesalers and retailers that resell company's products to consumers. Working closely with the sales team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets. You will:

• Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives. Providing seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the Marketing strategy into impactful customer plans. 
• Communicate the DVRP strategies to sales department and coordinate all material needed for right implementation 
• Develop, implement & evaluate category plans to meet profit objectives by analyzing market data and trends
• Participates in the design of the promotional materials (PH & Mass channels) and maintains contacts with the pharmacies, retailers, and KA, to supervise all promotional activities to grow the categories.
• Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns. Design customer differentiation
• Own responsibility for the development, execution and performance of all programs designed to increase sell out.

Experience Required

• University degree (BBA/ MBA)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local language
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive and Team player
