Coordinator Customer Service

Description Overview

The Co-Ordinator Customer Service acts as a liaison between the end customer and the Company. Includes a series of actions aimed at improving the level of customer satisfaction. 

Scope of the Role

  • Coordinating various departments, 3PL, Accounting ,Credit and Sales 
  • Providing basic detail to customers on brand & SKU range
  • Reporting relevant customer service KPIs
  • Analyzing to customers the invoicing details [Pricing-Discounts]
  • Downloading orders placed to CRM from Sales Department
  • Communicating with Sales Reps. when amendment in orders is necessary
  • Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
  • Maintaining database of customer sales order,
  • Developing knowledge about each customer’s business model and requirements.

Experience Required

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Degree (Marketing or a related field) will be considered an additional qualification
  • Orientation and experience in customer service
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook & Windows.
  • Excellent knowledge English language, spoken and written
  • Ability to solve problems and manage any customer complaints
  • Communicative skills
  • Agile and ability to adapt to changes.
  • Decision making/ ability to negotiate
  • Team spirit
