Description Overview
The Co-Ordinator Customer Service acts as a liaison between the end customer and the Company. Includes a series of actions aimed at improving the level of customer satisfaction.
Scope of the Role
- Coordinating various departments, 3PL, Accounting ,Credit and Sales
- Providing basic detail to customers on brand & SKU range
- Reporting relevant customer service KPIs
- Analyzing to customers the invoicing details [Pricing-Discounts]
- Downloading orders placed to CRM from Sales Department
- Communicating with Sales Reps. when amendment in orders is necessary
- Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
- Maintaining database of customer sales order,
- Developing knowledge about each customer’s business model and requirements.
Experience Required
- Experience in a similar position
- Degree (Marketing or a related field) will be considered an additional qualification
- Orientation and experience in customer service
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook & Windows.
- Excellent knowledge English language, spoken and written
- Ability to solve problems and manage any customer complaints
- Communicative skills
- Agile and ability to adapt to changes.
- Decision making/ ability to negotiate
- Team spirit
