Description Overview

The Analyst, Global Business Partnering FP&A, will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities for global operations.

Scope of the Role

Financial Planning and Forecasting:

Support the global departments' annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Support financial models to support planning and scenario analysis.
Collaborate with the team to gather input and validate assumptions.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Support analysis on financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the team.
Prepare / Update monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Process Improvement:

Support implementation process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities.
Support best practices for financial planning and analysis.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

Other Duties as assigned:

Support the FP&A Function and team members with regular ad hoc requests

Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Adaptive, Power BI).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
