Description Overview
The Analyst, Global Business Partnering FP&A, will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities for global operations.
Scope of the Role
- Financial Planning and Forecasting:
- Support the global departments' annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support financial models to support planning and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to gather input and validate assumptions.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Support analysis on financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Prepare / Update monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement:
- Support implementation process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities.
- Support best practices for financial planning and analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
- Other Duties as assigned:
- Support the FP&A Function and team members with regular ad hoc requests
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Adaptive, Power BI).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
