Description Overview
We are seeking a CRM Country Coordinator. This role ensures that CRM processes align with local business needs while adhering to global standards. The coordinator acts as the primary liaison between local business teams and the EU Commercial applications Lead, providing support, training, and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data using our systems (CRM, SAP, Power BI) to drive sales rep engagement with an efficient usage of these tools
Scope of the Role
Commercial Policy Management
o Validate new commercial policy setups for proper functionality. Upload and link policies to order templates for each cycle and during changes. Update any promo changes from CS&I in commercial policies and sales folders
CRM Management (Salesforce)
o Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including data management, reporting, and template uploads.
o Perform SAP master data checks and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure orders are processed correctly.
o Upload Salesforce templates provided by Sales with targets per sales rep by KPI. Maintain customer-to-sales rep linkage and update changes as provided by Sales. Upload visibility campaign status using Salesforce templates from CS&I.
o Work closely with Master Data teams to update and maintain accurate information in SAP and Salesforce according to evolving business requirements.
o Interact with the EU Commercial Applications Lead to address business requirements not currently supported by existing applications
o Interact and provide support to sales users for issue resolution, in collaboration with all business teams to provide a solution.
Reporting Analysis
o Update and share reports or create new ones (quota, loyalty, BOM, brands, DESC segments, categories). Upload survey data (DVRP, manager feedback, store checks) using templates from CS&I and Sales.
o Basic Sales Analysis: agent performance, commissions, target achievement (Sell-In Bonus), point-of-sale tracking, average order analysis.
o Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of sales reporting processes.
o Manage and maintain sales databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Training and Support
o Provide training and support to Sales rep. Ensure that they are equipped to use the tools effectively and efficiently.
o Support change management initiatives in the applications.
Compliance & Alignment:
o Confirm commercial policy uploads align with country business management. Coordinate SAP master data updates until BOM interface capability is implemented
Experience Required
o Previous experience of about 3/4 years in analytical roles, preferably in sales.
o Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics
o Fluent in English and Italian
o Excellent knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
o Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
o Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
