As you will be part of the Benelux marketing team and joining the South-West Perrigo cluster, you will find an international environment which allows you to connect and work together with both local as international marketing colleagues but also other departments such as Media & Digital, Trade marketing (CS&E), Sales or Regulatory Affairs. Scope of the Role

Brand Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness, market positioning, and consumer loyalty.

Brand Identity: Safeguard the brand’s image, tone, and personality. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and materials, including advertising, social media, websites, and packaging.

Product Launches: Plan and execute impactful product launches that drive visibility and commercial success.

Marketing Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Media & Digital team and external agencies.

Market Analysis: Leverage centrally led market research and consumer insights to understand target audiences, their needs, preferences, and behaviors. Translate insights into effective marketing strategies and tactics.

Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor expenses, analyze costs, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key brand performance metrics such as market share, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. Use data‑driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and align strategies with the Central team.
Experience Required
-
3–5 years of experience in FMCG or OTC marketing

Relevant higher education, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Proven experience in product innovation and NPD processes, business marketing, and P&L management

Strong track record in brand and advertising strategy, asset production, and media planning

Native Dutch speaker with very good English skills; French is a plus

Experience leading cross‑functional, international projects within a corporate environment
