Description Overview

 

In this Quality Assurance Officer role you will join an international, purpose driven company where quality, safety, and collaboration are part of everyday work.

 

The role offers hands-on experience across quality assurance and pharmacovigilance for a broad Nordic selfcare portfolio. You will work with products across different regulatory categories such as medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplements.

 

The responsibilities are broad, but you will work closely with experienced colleagues and global teams, following clear processes and receiving support where needed. 

 

You will be part of the quality group with a Quality Assurance & Safety Manager, and one Quality Assurance Associate. Our headquarter is in Stockholm, Sweden, and the role is a 14-month fixed term contract position located in Stockholm.

 

Scope of the Role

 

 Quality Support

 

  • Support day‑to‑day Quality Assurance activities for the Nordic organization. 
  • Assist with handling of complaints, deviations and investigations according to procedures. 
  • Support update and maintenance of SOPs and quality documentation. 
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct GDP training for employees.  
  • Maintain and update training materials and training records.  
  • Assist with quality‑related training records and documentation. 
  • Support internal tasks related to audits and inspections. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities and projects. 

 

 

Pharmacovigilance (PV) Support 

 

  • Support the local Pharmacovigilance system in line with global procedures. 
  • Assist with logging and handling of safety information in Track Wise. 
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct PV training for employees.  
  • Maintain and update training materials and training records.  
  • Support routine PV activities such as reconciliations, literature searches and quality checks. 
  • Help prepare documentation for audits, inspections and safety reporting. 
  • Support update and maintenance of local SOPs and agreements

Experience Required

 

  • We are looking for someone who is curious, reliable, and willing to take responsibility. 
  • You have a university degree in a scientific discipline, preferably in pharmacy or similar.
  • Previous experience from a regulated industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices or consumer health) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with documentation and processes.
  • You are thorough and take ownership of the work in front of you.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills.
  • We value your ability to organize, collect information and follow through on tasks that are new to you.
  • It is important that you can express yourself clearly in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Our company language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, written and spoken.
