Description Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Regulatory Operations the team based at our new office in Mokotow, Warsaw. The role currently offers you the opportunity to work from the office 3 days per week and 2 days remotely.
Scope of the Role
- Support with enabling the organisation to comply with the implementation of the phased European Commission program concerning master data in pharmaceutical regulatory processes (IDMP).
- eCTD Publishing.
- To ensure Regulatory Affairs(RA) data are current, accurate, usable and adequately linked to the relevant systems and processes in place in the business.
- Support with IRIS data management and compliance (marketing status update)
- Provide administrative support to change control process, by driving assignment and follow-up processes, ensuring compliance with internal and, when applicable, external requirements and deadlines
- Support the Regulatory Intelligence & Policy Manager by monitoring of specified sources across a very wide range of regulatory product qualifications to identify any intelligence relevant to the Perrigo business
- Other administrative support as required such as meeting preparations, information database updates
- Accurately and timely updating of internal working schedules, related to assigned tasks.
Experience Required
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant regulatory environment ideally part of it within an Operations role
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Life Science or Information Technology
- Poficient in English language both written and oral.
- Good project management skills.
- attitude being keen on creative and problem-solving thinking whilst being thorough and focused with attention to detail.
- The ability to support several concurrent projects/products in a flexible manner both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Must be collaborative.
- Inclusive and customer service oriented.
