Description Overview

Join Perrigo's newly established Artwork Hub, where innovation, precision, and collaboration come together to deliver best-in-class artwork solutions. As an Artwork Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end artwork process, ensuring the timely and accurate creation of packaging and labeling materials while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Working within a dynamic cross-functional environment, you will coordinate artwork activities, support the production and implementation of artwork, and act as a central point of contact for artwork-related projects. Partnering closely with teams across Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Supply Chain, you will help drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and contribute to the success of Perrigo's branded portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing coordination, administration, and stakeholder engagement. Through KPI-driven continuous improvement, you will help optimize workflows and support the delivery of high-quality artwork that meets both business and regulatory requirements.

Perrigo offers a flexible hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, providing the ideal balance of collaboration and flexibility.

Scope of the Role

  • Provide artwork and packaging support, ensuring all artwork builds are accurate, compliant, and delivered to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the coordination of artwork layout, design, and production activities across multiple projects.
  • Maintain and update job tracking systems by entering and managing artwork-specific and project-related data.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and follow up on design and printing issues to ensure timely resolution and uninterrupted project delivery.
  • Deliver administrative and operational support to the Artwork Management team, helping to drive efficiency and process excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Supply Chain, to support successful artwork execution and implementation.

Experience Required

  • A high school diploma, vocational qualification, or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience in artwork coordination, project coordination, or a similar project management role.Familiarity with Artwork Management Systems (AMS) such as Esko WebCenter, SAP, or comparable platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while taking ownership and initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, enabling you to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive operational excellence.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
