Join us as an Artwork and Text Font Management Specialist!
Are you passionate about precision, design, and making a real impact on patient safety? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of font and text management across pharmaceutical packaging and digital platforms. In this role, you'll ensure that every pack meets global standards for branding, compliance, and readability—supporting both our artwork and regulatory teams in delivering excellence.
We currently work in a hybrid model with 3 days in our Warsaw office at Domaniewska 48, and 2 days remotely - offering flexibility while staying connected.

Scope of the Role
- Maintain the master font library for pharmaceutical packaging artwork, ensuring all fonts are approved, licensed, and accessible to authorized users.
- Conduct font audits across all packaging components (cartons, labels, leaflets, blisters) to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Verify font size, style, and legibility meet local health authority and accessibility requirements (e.g., EMA, FDA, MHRA).
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Artwork Coordinators to validate approved text formatting and font usage in final artworks.
- Manage font licensing documentation and coordinate renewals or procurement with the Legal/Procurement teams.
- Support artwork system administrators (ESKO, Adobe, etc.) in maintaining font installations, compatibility, and version control.
- Document and communicate approved font lists, typography standards, and usage guidelines to internal and external design agencies.
- Participate in change control and rebranding projects involving typography updates or new font implementation.
- Train and support internal teams on font compliance and visual accuracy standards.
- Assist in developing automated font compliance reports and contribute to artwork quality KPIs.
Experience Required
- Good to have, Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Packaging, Design, Printing Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in packaging artwork management within FMCG or pharma or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of typography, font formats, and readability standards for regulated packaging.
- Working knowledge of artwork management systems (e.g., ESKO, WebCenter, or equivalent).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify font or text inconsistencies across multi-language artworks.
- Familiarity with Regulatory Text Management (RTM), labeling processes, and artwork change control systems.
- Good English communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration across regulatory, QA, and production teams.
