Description Overview

As a Cash & Working Capital Analyst at Perrigo Business Services in Warsaw, you will be responsible for the forecasting, analysis, and reporting of operating cash flow across selected countries and legal entities.

 

Your role will focus on applying established working capital and cash management guidelines, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and control requirements. You will actively participate in the operating cash flow planning process, perform variance analysis, provide insightful commentary, and support the implementation of corrective actions in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position plays a key role in delivering insights that drive operational excellence and financial performance across the organization.

 

We currently offer a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Scope of the Role

  • Prepare the Operating Cash Flow Annual Plan for a selected European region
  • Report, analyze, and comment on Operating Cash Flow results after month-end, in close cooperation with CTC, PTP, RTR, and business stakeholders
  • Prepare OCF risks and opportunities analyses, including detailed rationale and remediation recommendations for Regional Finance Director approval
  • Analyze and report prior-week cash transactions for assigned legal entities
  • Prepare and maintain a 26-week cash balance forecast for selected legal entities, analyze risks and opportunities, and track performance against targets
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of forecasting and reporting systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and programs related to Working Capital and Cash Management

Experience Required

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and/or accounting in an international environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field
  • Solid experience in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow management, cash forecasting, and working capital
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience in Shared Services transitions is a strong advantage
