Description Overview

As Category Marketing Manager North CEE (Poland, Ukraine, Baltics) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation, embodying the voice of the consumer while driving the category and country P&L. Reporting to the Cluster Category Lead, the Category Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Skin Healing and Women’s Health category in Noth CEE (Poland, Ukraine, Baltics). This role requires deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape.

 

Scope of the Role

Deliver Business Goals & implement Category Marketing Strategy

  • Support on the required annual, quarterly & monthly business cycle requirements for the category

Develop Best in Class Marketing Activation Plans

  • Own Category pipeline & activation priorities for the category rolling out central priorities
  • Lead marketing activation plans for category setting up clear business KPIs in partnership with CS&I, Market leads and local media agency

Lead Analytics and Local Category Success Model

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Category leads, CS&I, regulatory, and central teams to ensure alignment behind local marketing activities.  
  • Lead campaign performance and metrics, analyze results and optimize plans for continuous improvement based on global guidelines. Drive feedback into central Category success model and Connection plannings
  • Lead test & learn discipline across touch point & categories ensuring very strong competitive analysis and fast response, as per aligned priorities

Lead category market analysis & performance tracking

  • Lead market trends, competitor activities and consumer feedback.
  • Lead competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Use analytics to make data-driven recommendations for future activities & campaigns
  • Support collaboration with Central teams to update on performances and inform om competitive activities

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5+ years in escalating roles within CPG or Consumer Health
  • Proven experience in managing analytically demanding corporate initiatives
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross functional teams.
  • Strong preference for extensive experience in Marketing and Sales
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies, processes, and controls, including trade funds management and comprehensive planning processes like S&OP and Stage Gate
  • Expertise in enhancing forecast models, segmentation frameworks, sales incentives, pricing strategies, and reporting tools to drive channel strategy execution
