Description Overview

This is a newly created team within Perrigo Business Services(PBS).  Your role as a  Master Data Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of standard Vendor and Customer Master Data activities within PBS, following defined processes, controls, and approvals.  Your role operates under the guidance of Senior Master Data Coordinators, Team Leads, and the Service Delivery Lead, and focuses on execution excellence, consistency, and learning.

This position is well suited for candidates building experience in Master Data within a structured, centralised environment.

Scope of the Role

Master Data Transaction Processing

  • Execute standard Vendor and Customer Master Data requests in line with approved SOPs.
  • Create and maintain Master Data records with high accuracy.
  • Ensure required documentation, validations, and approvals are completed before execution.


Data Quality & Validation

  • Apply predefined validation rules and quality checks.
  • Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data and escalate according to defined procedures.
  • Correct data issues following guidance and approvals.


Operational Support

  • Track request progress and support SLA achievement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.
  • Support basic reporting and operational tracking activities.


Learning & Capability Development

  • Participate in onboarding and training activities.
  • Gradually expand scope to more complex activities as experience grows.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, IT, or Supply Chain.
  • Strong language proficiency: Fluent in English and one of the following languages would be ideal : Spanish, French, or Italian
  • 1–3 years of experience in Master Data or operational support roles (SAP or MDG environment)
  • Initial exposure to Vendor and/or Customer Master Data concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Ability to follow defined procedures and escalation paths.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within Master Data services.
