Description Overview

Join Perrigo as Packaging Artwork Coordinator (Project Management Specialist). You will join our dynamic Artwork Hub - a team dedicated to delivering accurate, compliant, and on-time packaging artwork for a diverse branded portfolio. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end artwork lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional projects that impact product launches, regulatory updates, and brand refreshes. If you have experience in artwork coordination or project management, this is an opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity, compliance, and operational excellence.

 

We currently work in a hybrid model with 3 days in our Warsaw office at Domaniewska 48, and 2 days remotely - offering flexibility while staying connected. 

 
Interviews will commence from mid-January onwards.

Scope of the Role

  • Manage end-to-end packaging artwork lifecycle from brief to final approval
  • Create and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate artwork changes driven by product updates, regulatory requirements, or brand initiatives
  • Upload, route, and archive artwork in digital workflow systems (e.g., Esko WebCenter, AMS)
  • Review artwork for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards
  • Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
  • Liaise with external agencies, printers, and packaging suppliers
  • Maintain trackers, databases, and version histories
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in artwork workflow processes

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in artwork coordination, packaging production, or project management
  • Familiarity with artwork management systems (Esko, AMS, WebCenter) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and regulatory labeling requirements desirable
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent English is required
